Terms of Service – Green Jade BV Cleaning
When booking a service with Green Jade BV Cleaning, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Clients can schedule cleaning services through our official booking channels, which include our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
If our cleaning team arrives at a location and encounters unsafe conditions that could compromise their safety, Green Jade BV Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service until the issue is resolved. Unsafe conditions may include, but are not limited to, toxic substances, structural damage, exposed electrical wiring, or hazardous debris.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate contact details, including address, email, and phone number. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the premises are safe and secure for our cleaners. Any known hazards or safety concerns must be communicated to the Company before the scheduled cleaning service.
ACCESS TO PREMISES
Clients must guarantee that our cleaning team has unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled time. If necessary, clients may provide a key or access code, which will be kept confidential and returned after the service is completed.
PREPARING FOR CLEANING DAY
Our cleaners will perform the tasks included in your selected service package. To maximize efficiency and ensure thorough results, we ask that you clear away personal items and clutter from surfaces and floors before our arrival. If you require additional tidying tasks, please inform us in advance so we can adjust the service time and fees accordingly.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Before starting any cleaning service, clients will need to review and sign a service agreement, which will outline the details of the service, schedule, and associated fees. Any changes or additional services requested after the agreement is signed may result in modifications to the fees.
CLEANING MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES
Green Jade BV Cleaning allows clients to provide their own cleaning supplies, but clients must provide a mop and vacuum cleaner. If clients prefer for us to supply all cleaning materials, this must be communicated at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a €50 fee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In the event that a cleaning appointment is missed due to unforeseen circumstances and payment has already been made, our first option is to reschedule the service at a convenient time. If rescheduling does not work for the client, the booking can be canceled and a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method used.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via credit/debit card or iDeal, as indicated on the invoice. Payment is due upon completion of the service, and clients are expected to settle their bill within 7 days of service completion. After 30 days, unpaid invoices will be forwarded to our debt collection partner, CW & Partners.
COMMUNICATION
All communication between clients and Green Jade BV Cleaning must go through our designated channels, either by phone or email. To maintain professionalism, clients are not permitted to contact cleaning staff directly.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care of your property, but in the unlikely event that something is damaged during our service, clients must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. The report should include a description of the damage and photographic evidence, if available.
PETS
Our cleaning team is experienced in working in pet-friendly environments. Clients with pets must inform us during the booking process and provide any special instructions. To ensure safety, pets should be secured or supervised during the cleaning. If this cannot be arranged, we may need to reschedule the service.
PROPERTY PHOTO/VIDEO CONTENT
By using our services, clients grant Green Jade BV Cleaning permission to take photos or videos of the cleaning process. These may be used for quality control or promotional purposes. We will always prioritize your privacy, avoiding identifiable information in any promotional materials, such as personal items or addresses.
